General Return Policy:

We strive to ensure your happiness with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you have the option to return the product to us, and we will either repair/replace it or credit your account. The eligibility for a REFUND, CREDIT/GIFT CARD, or EXCHANGE is subject to the following terms:

Products purchased from Physical Stores cannot be returned. All items are eligible for return except for Personal Care & Jewelry Products.

In the event that the order is marked as delivered but not received by the customer, contact the customer care team immediately at +917835000678 within a period of 3 days from the date the product is marked as delivered. Any refund claims made after this specified period shall not be eligible for consideration.

Refund Policy:

Quintessential Trading Company hereby disclaims responsibility for any damage incurred after the delivery of the products. In the event that the package shows signs of tampering, damage, or defect, it is essential that you immediately decline acceptance of the package from the delivery partner at the time of delivery.

For any claims pertaining to missing items, leakage, breakage, damage, or receipt of incorrect products, it is imperative to provide an unboxing video along with the original packaging.

To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned within 07 days from the date of purchase. Refunds will not be granted if the product is damaged in any way or if the return is initiated beyond the 07-day period. The product must meet the following conditions to be eligible for a refund:

• The product must be returned in its original packaging.
• The product must be in unused and undamaged condition.
• The product must retain its original tags (if applicable).
• The product must be accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

Upon receipt of the returned product, our team of professionals will meticulously inspect it and initiate the refund process. The refund will be issued through the Original Payment Method utilized during the purchase.

Please note that the refund amount excludes the delivery charge, as they are non-refundable by our delivery partners.

Requests for refunds must be submitted within 24 hours of order delivery, accompanied by the aforementioned details.

Should your refund request be approved, the refund may take up to 15 days to be credited, commencing from the day of refund acceptance by Quintessential Trading Company.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation requests must be submitted within a specified timeframe, which is typically before dispatch and within 24 hours of placing the order.

If the cancellation request is received within the stipulated timeframe, a refund will be issued to the customer. However, please note that a deduction of 3% gateway charge shall be levied against your order for cancellation.

Any cancellation request received after the specified timeframe may not be entertained, and the customer may not be eligible for a refund.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be processed through the provided bank account within 4-7 working days from the acceptance of the cancellation.

If the product has already been shipped or is in transit at the time of the cancellation request, the customer may be required to return the product upon delivery. Eligibility for a refund will be as per the refund policy, but a deduction of 75 will apply once the order is shipped and subsequently returned to the seller (prepaid orders).

When making the cancellation request, the customer may be required to provide the order details and reason for cancellation.

The company reserves the right to cancel any order in case of unforeseen circumstances, unavailability of products, or any other reason. In such cases, a full refund will be initiated to the customer.

Please note that the refund amount will not include any delivery or shipping charges, as they are non-refundable.

The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise stated.

Upon successful processing of the cancellation request, the customer will receive a confirmation email or notification.

Credit Policy:

You have 07 days from the date of purchase to request credit. Customers are entitled to receive STORE-CREDIT or GIFT CARD in exchange for the Goods. The following conditions must be met for the product to be eligible for credit:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • The product must be unused and undamaged.
  • The product must include original tags (if applicable).
  • The product must have a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Products on sale or discounted are not eligible for credit.

We offer a 100% refund to credit, which has no expiry period. However, credits cannot be used to cover shipping fees.

Exchange Policy:

Products can be exchanged for a different size or color variation, subject to availability. Exchanges can only be made within 07 days of the original purchase. Exchanges requested beyond 07 days will not be processed. The following conditions must be met for the product to be eligible for exchange:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • The product must be unused and undamaged.
  • The product must include original tags (if applicable).

Exchanged products will be processed once received and their condition is confirmed. Customers are allowed one exchange, provided that all conditions in the Exchange Policy are met.
